It seems we were too optimistic in hoping to present our final Report at a congregational meeting on December 11, but this is the schedule to which we can commit:

Finalize and sign off on the JNAC Report |

December 12 |
Send the Report to our Board (must be received 2 days before its official meeting) and our ministry personnel |

December 15 |
Our Board to review, amend (if necessary) and approve the Report |

Sunday, December 18 |
JNAC Report to be available to the congregation – hard copy in the Office, posted on the website |
|
December 18 – January 8 |
Three weeks in which to consider the JNAC report and discuss it with any Committee member |

Sunday, January 8 |
Congregational meeting The JNA Committee will formally present the Report and its recommendations to the congregation, and CMUC members will vote on its approval. |

|
Report to be submitted to Chair of the Presbytery Pastoral Relations Committee to review and prepare motions |
|
Tuesday, January 10 |
Report to be presented to Vancouver Burrard Presbytery Executive for their action |
