Newcomers' Lunch

Newcomers are welcomed at a warm, friendly luncheon where they chat with selected Board and Staff members over a delicious lunch.

It doesn’t matter if you have been coming to Canadian Memorial for a few years or if this is your first visit. As long as you feel like a newcomer, you are welcome to join us. Newcomers Lunch is a chance to meet the staff and learn more about what makes Canadian Memorial tick. There is a chance to chat with staff and with other newcomers before lunch. While we are eating, you have an opportunity to hear how others have found their way to Canadian Memorial. In addition, people from the congregation are there to talk about various programs available at the church. The food and conversation are always great, and it’s an easy, casual way to learn more and meet others. There’s no need to prepare—just bring yourself and your appetite. All are welcome. The next luncheon is on September 7th, in the Fireside Room after the Sunday service.

You are welcome to join the newcomers' lunch if you feel like a newcomer, no matter if you have just walked in the doors this week, or months ago.
