History of Canadian Memorial

Canadian Memorial was built by national subscription and dedicated in 1928 to the glory of God and for the cause of world peace.

Stained Glass

You can see pictures of the special stained glass windows dedicated to Canada, the Provinces and Territories.

Books of Remembrance

We also display the only replicas of the Books of Remembrance, outside of  the official books housed in the Peace Tower of the Parliament of Canada.

Building the Church

The story of the inspiration for and building of the Church, and the efforts of The Rev. G.O. Fallis, can be seen on the Church page.

A sermon preached by The Rev. Col. Fallis is on our Sermons Achieve page.

Centre for Peace

The Centre For Peace was opened in 1997, and houses the church hall, offices, kitchen, library and study or meeting rooms, and is a place where we make peace in our relationships, our community and our world.

 "Little Guy" logo

The story behind the logo for Canadian Memorial Church is on our logo page - this is a fun read.
