Kathy Gibson - Non-toxic Cleansers –
Bio:
My background is in working as a teacher guiding the human/canine
bond, preventing and solving problems in the relationship. I have a
private practice and I also hold teaching/training seminars for the
staff of the GVRD, and the various animal shelters in the Lower
Mainland. I also am a guest lecturer at the Douglas College Animal
Husbandry Technician Programme.
Workshop Description:
In my work I became aware of the need for safe, hypo allergenic
cleaning products for dogs. My research took me to products that
would be safe for humans too. I was also starting to develop
allergies to the chemicals in the cleaning products I had been using
all my life. I started to experiment with both homemade and store
bought products which had no animal testing, no harmful chemicals and
were safe for the environment. My workshop is designed to introduce
you to what I have discovered.
